In this article we are going to look at what is involved in successfully raising a puppy when you work full time.

Leaving a puppy alone while at work is something you’ll probably be concerned about and you’ll want to be sure that your puppy is safe, happy and healthy if you plan to do this.

We’ll talk about how long a puppy can be left alone during the day, what to do with your puppy while you are at work, how to crate train a puppy when you work and much more.

Can I have a dog when I work?

Raising a puppy while working can be done, but you need to do it right

This article is not about whether or not people that work ‘should’ have a dog, we tackle that tricky subject in another article!

You’ll find lots of information there, so if you haven’t got your dog yet, head over and check it out.

Solving problems that can arise with a puppy while you are at work

I am often asked questions in the comments section,  by new puppy owners that are leaving their puppy alone in the house all day.

They are not sure what to do with their puppy while at work. They are having problems with house-training.

Or problems with him chewing stuff, and with barking or howling while they are gone.

Let’s look first at some of the problems that can arise, when people attempt to combine a full-time job with a puppy.  And at how we can help you to avoid them.

Labrador puppy bed wetting

A common problem in home alone puppies is ‘bed wetting’.   The owner has read that crate training is a good idea,  which it is,  but has not read the part about the puppy’s bladder capacity.

combining a labrador puppy with full time workDuring the day, many 8-10 week old Labrador puppies have a tiny bladder capacity that can hold around an hour’s urine.

Maximum.

Of course, there are some that can last much longer.  But they usually belong to someone else.

Some puppies will last not much more than twenty minutes at certain times of the day during the first week or so.

As you can see, it is not possible to leave a brand new puppy in a crate for longer than an hour at most (during the day) without risking accidents.  This doesn’t mean you can’t crate train your puppy, and we’ll talk about that in a moment.

Does it matter if a puppy wets his bed?

Does it really matter if the puppy wet’s his bed at this age?  Won’t he just grow out of it?

Well, yes it does matter,  because once a puppy has wet his bed a few times, he’ll stop minding.

He’ll also stop trying to hold on for a bit longer.

This can delay the house training process considerably and even create a long term bed wetting problem.

Which is of course, the opposite of what we want.

Where is the best place to leave a puppy while you are at work?

So, if you are out at work for several hours, you can’t leave your puppy in a crate

Nor can you give your tiny puppy the ‘run of the house’.  He’ll pee and poop everywhere, and chew up your things.

This means you’ll either need to puppy proof a safe room for him, or provide him with a playpen.

Feeding Your Labrador Puppy http://www.bluetravelly.com/pets/feeding-your-labrador-puppy/ http://www.bluetravelly.com/pets/feeding-your-labrador-puppy/#comments Thu, 04 Jan 2018 15:46:56 +0000 http://www.bluetravelly.com/?p=529 feeding a labrador puppy

In this article we answer your concerns about feeding your Labrador puppy. You’ll find all the information that you need for choosing the best dog food for Lab puppies. Including how much to feed your Lab puppy and how often to feed your Labrador puppy. Together with schedules, quantities and even a handy puppy diet chart.
There are often questions on the website about feeding Labrador puppies. People ask if it is OK to give puppies eggs, or rice, or milk, and so on.

They also want to know how much to feed their puppies, and how often.

When I was small, puppies were fed on all sorts of things, including scraps, raw meat, canned puppy food, puppy meal, weetabix and milk, etc.

Nowadays feeding your Labrador puppy is usually much simpler.

Best puppy food for Labs

We all want the best for our puppies. But what is the best puppy food for labs? Most puppies are fed on commercially produced dry dog food known as kibble.  We’ll look at different brands of dry puppy food in a moment.

But it is possible to feed a puppy on home cooked food or on a totally raw diet.  You’ve probably heard of BARF or biologically appropriate raw food.

Feeding dogs this way is growing in popularity, and there are pros and cons to raw feeding puppies, which we’ll be looking at here.

The alternatives are

  • Kibble (dry food)
  • Barf (raw food)
  • Wet food (cans and pouches)
  • Home cooked puppy food

Let’s look at what the experts say

Experts disagree on puppy feeding

Even experts disagree on what is the best food for puppies, and people often feel very strongly that one way of feeding is better than another.

You will find veterinarians on youtube pronouncing that BARF is the only way to keep a dog healthy, and veterinarians pronouncing that kibble is the only way you should feed your puppy, with dire consequences if you attempt to go ‘natural’

Dog breeders too tend to be divided into those that feed a natural raw diet, and those that feed kibble.  And you will find plenty of wild claims for the benefits of one method over the other.

The truth is, there is no good quality evidence that kibble is better for the long term health of your dog, or that raw feeding is better for the health of your dog.  And there are risks and benefits to both.

Choosing which puppy feeding method to use

Some dogs and some families are better suited to raw feeding, and many dogs and their families are probably better suited to feeding kibble.  And you can choose the method that suits you best.

If like most people, you choose to feed your puppy on commercial dry puppy food, you should not feel that you are letting him down in any way.   Let’s look now at feeding puppies kibble.  This is how most modern puppies are fed in the USA and the UK

Feeding your Labrador puppy on kibble

In most parts of the world you can buy ready-made pelleted puppy food of good quality.
Otherwise known as ‘kibble’, these dried, pelleted foods come in sacks or cartons.

They store well provided that you don’t get them damp.

Most vets and breeders believe that kibble is the best way to feed a puppy.  And you are likely to get support from your vet if you decide to feed your puppy on dry food.

Lab Terrier Mix http://www.bluetravelly.com/pets/lab-terrier-mix/ http://www.bluetravelly.com/pets/lab-terrier-mix/#comments Thu, 04 Jan 2018 15:41:52 +0000 http://www.bluetravelly.com/?p=526 Lab Terrier mix

Labradors And Terriers Are Two Very Different Types Of Dog. So You Might Be Surprised To Hear That The Lab Terrier Mix Is A Pretty Popular Combination.

But What Can You Expect From This Funky Cross?

We’ll Take A Look At Lab Terrier Mix Health, Temperament And The Characteristics Of The Most Popular Terrier Labrador Crosses.

The friendly Labrador Retriever is a sweet-natured, intelligent, sociable dog who is a definite people-pleaser.

It’s not hard to understand why this athletic, handsome dog is the most popular breed in the US.

Equally lovable but in stark contrast in terms of temperament and apperance, are the diverse array of dogs in the Terrier group.

This is a varied group, but they do have some general traits in common.

Terriers are a feisty lot, with spirited personalities that don’t mind a tussle or two, love digging and are quite vocal.

They also make loyal, loving, pocket sized pets.

So what happens when these two different breed types combine?

What is a Lab Terrier Mix

It might come as a surprise then, to discover that these two disparate breeds are used to develop a variety of cross breeds.

With names like Labrastaff and Staffador, the various Labrador Retriever Terrier mix canines showcase the qualities and characteristics of both parents.

Lab Terrier mix

This means that each Labrador Terrier mix puppy can be counted on to display the temperament, appearance, etc., of both Labs and Terriers, although it’s impossible to know in what combination.

In reality it’s possible for a Lab and Terrier mix to get any aspect of either parent, and even littermates can have vastly different personalities.

Are you thinking of bringing a Lab Terrier mix dog into your home as a pet?

If so, we’ve gathered together some useful information for potential Lab and Terrier mix owners.

Let’s start our exploration at the beginning, and what better place to begin than with the very conception of the unique Lab x Terrier cross!

Canine cross breed dynamics

As we’ve mentioned, the Labrador Terrier cross breed will mirror the traits and disposition of each parent. The tricky part is predicting how these characteristics will emerge.

In fact, no responsible breeder will guarantee the personality of any mixed breed dog.

It’s simply impossible to determine beforehand how a blend of two unique gene pools will merge and reconfigure into an individual pup.

The best anyone can do is consider each breed in turn, and realize that a cross breed canine will be a singular combination of several possibilities.

The best of both breeds, the worst of both breeds, or a glorious mashup of the two!

With this in mind, let’s take a closer look at both the Labrador Retriever and the Terrier pure breeds.

That’s because every potential aspect you need to know about the Lab Terrier cross can be gleaned by taking a careful look at the particulars of both the Labrador and terrier breeds.

Greyhound Lab Mix http://www.bluetravelly.com/pets/greyhound-lab-mix/ http://www.bluetravelly.com/pets/greyhound-lab-mix/#comments Thu, 04 Jan 2018 15:40:26 +0000 http://www.bluetravelly.com/?p=523 greyhound lab mix

Greyhounds And Labradors Are Wonderful, If Quite Different, Dogs. So What Happens When You Create A Greyhound Lab Mix?

Well, That’s What We’re Going To Find Out! Welcome To Our Complete Guide To The Greyhound Lab Mix.

Labrador Retriever cross breeds are becoming more and more popular among dog lovers.

Once the product of random encounters between Labs and other dogs, today’s “designer” Lab mixes are more likely to be the result of the planned crossing of a Lab and another purebred dog.

The Labrador and Greyhound mix, often called the “Greyador,” is a great mixed breed dog for admirers of the Lab’s good-natured personality and the Greyhounds elegant looks.

Interested in adding a beautiful Labrador Greyhound mix to your family?

We’ll tell you all you need to know about Labs, Greyhounds, and the Greyhound Lab cross, so you can decide if the Greyador is the perfect dog for you.

You may have seen some striking pictures of Greyhound Lab mix dogs on websites like Instagram or Pinterest.

Many owners love to share photos of their dogs, and dog lovers are intrigued by the idea of a graceful and friendly Lab Greyhound mix.

It’s important to remember that, like any mixed breed dog, the Greyador can have any aspect of either parent breed.

Lab and Greyhound traits can combine in virtually any configuration in a Greyador—appearance, size, temperament, and health issues—to name a few.

One of the best ways to learn about what kind of adult dog your Greyhound Lab mix puppy may grow into is to take a close look at both the Labrador Retriever and Greyhound dog breeds.

Labrador Retriever

The Labrador Retriever has ranked number one in popularity among U.S. dog owners for the past 26 years.

The Lab’s energetic, friendly, and outgoing personality makes it a very popular dog for families with young children, as well as active singles.

The Lab is a Retriever-type dog and belongs to the Sporting group of dog breeds.

It was first bred in Canada to be a working dog for coastal fisherman.

Wildfowl hunters began to use the Lab as a retrieving dog.

The Lab’s affinity for water and obedient temperament made it an ideal retriever of waterfowl brought down by hunters.

The Lab is not only a popular family pet.

It is also a sought-after search and rescue dog, service dog for people with disabilities, and a great therapy/emotional support animal as well.

Greyhound

The Greyhound is an ancient breed of dog that’s part of the Sighthound breed group.

It was developed centuries ago to help hunters spot small game animals (like rabbits), and then chase them down at a high rate of speed.

The Greyhound’s aerodynamic body was built for speed, from the long, slim head to the deep chest and narrow waist of a long-distance runner.

The Greyhound is often still used in the controversial sport of dog racing, where it’s trained to chase a lure on a racecourse.

Many Greyhound fans choose to adopt retired racing Greyhounds.

The typical Greyhound personality is sweet and gentle, with a bit of an independent streak and very high prey drive.

They do need some short intense exercise bursts, but are also happy to lounge around on the living room sofa with you.

A calm and quiet dog, Greyhounds are wonderful canine companions.

Best Dog Food For Sensitive Stomach Issues http://www.bluetravelly.com/pets/best-dog-food-for-sensitive-stomach-issues/ http://www.bluetravelly.com/pets/best-dog-food-for-sensitive-stomach-issues/#comments Thu, 04 Jan 2018 15:38:35 +0000 http://www.bluetravelly.com/?p=520 best dog food for sensitive stomach

There Are Many Different Causes For Dogs’ Upset Tummies. So Finding The Best Dog Food For Sensitive Stomach Issues In Your Own Dog Can Be Daunting.

But Don’t Worry! We Are Here To Help.

Welcome To Our Guide To Finding The Best Dog Food For Sensitive Stomach Problems.

There is no “one” dog food diet that will equally meet the needs of every single dog that suffers from a sensitive stomach, skin issues or systemic distress.

Luckily, there are nearly as many different dog food for sensitive stomach options as there are dogs.

So with a little help, you can find the solution that is perfect for your pup.

In this article, we tackle the topic of finding the best dog food for sensitive stomach and/or systemic sensitivities.

Including some of the best choices for puppies, adult dogs and senior dogs.

Does my dog have a sensitive stomach?

How do you know that your dog has a sensitive stomach? Are there certain signs or symptoms you can watch for?

Here, the answer is a definitive YES.

best dog food for sensitive stomach

You should always chat to your vet concerning potential issues with your dog’s diet, but you will need to spot the signs first.

One key to linking symptoms to your dog’s food is the timing of the symptoms.

If the symptoms begin to arise within 24 hours after eating the food (and often much sooner), it is quite possible the food is the culprit.

Signs of sensitive stomachs in dogs

The following signs and symptoms are generally considered to indicate a potential sensitive stomach issue in dogs:

  • Vomiting
  • Diarrhea
  • Painful bowel movements
  • Itchy skin
  • Itchy ears
  • Skin rashes
  • Energy changes (lethargy and/or hyperactivity)
  • Loss of appetite
  • Unwillingness to eat at mealtimes
  • Flatulence (gas)
  • Noisy stomach (gurgling, rumbling)
  • Aggression (rarer, but it happens)

If you have observed signs or symptoms of potential systemic or digestive sensitivity in your dog, the next step is to figure out precisely what is triggering the allergy or intolerance.

Using elimination diets to find the best dog food for sensitive stomach

One time-honored method for doing this is called the “elimination diet.”

As the name suggests, this diet involves cutting out foods until the signs and symptoms disappear.

Here, veterinarians typically advise cutting out foods that are known allergens first and working your way down the list from there.

This will allow you to find the best dog food for sensitive stomach issues in your own pet, by only buying those which don’t include the trigger food or foods.

Common food allergens include these foods:

  • Dairy
  • Eggs
  • Gluten (wheat)
  • Soy
  • Proteins from beef, chicken, eggs or lamb

So what happens when your dog eats something she can’t digest or is allergic to?

What to look out for

Basically, she will start to show symptoms.

The symptoms arise when her immune system mis-identifies a protein component in that food as an allergen and begins producing antibodies specifically created to counteract that protein/allergen.

However, here it is very important for your dog’s health and safety to consult with your veterinarian before just assuming on your own that the symptoms arise from a food-related allergy!

Once your vet has ruled out other possible causes, such as a virus, parasite, fungus, environmental toxin or allergen, serious disease of the intestine or bowel or something else, then you can decide how to best proceed with investigating a possible food-related source of your dog’s digestive distress.

Do I really need sensitive stomach dog food?

Truly, this is a question only your veterinarian can answer.

For example, your vet can do blood work to test for various allergies.

If an allergy is confirmed, switching your dog to a sensitive stomach dog food may be the easiest, fastest path to digestive comfort at mealtimes.

As a later section here describes, you can also consider making your own sensitive stomach dog food at home, either from scratch or with the help of the excellent limited diet dog food pre-mixes mentioned here.

If you are pressed for time, this can be an ideal solution.

When you are able to confirm the cause of your dog’s sensitivity symptoms, this will then tell you which dog food recipes will be the best fit for your dog’s nutritional needs going forward.

Best dog food for sensitive stomach issues

Finding the best dry dog food for sensitive stomach concerns often begins with a process of elimination.

In other words, you can’t fix the problem if you don’t know what is causing it.

These are three of the best dog food for sensitive stomach and diarrhea symptoms, starting with the least extreme elimination diet and ending with the most restrictive diet.

Michael Anthony Open to Van Halen Reunion, Speaks with Alex for First Time in 10 Years http://www.bluetravelly.com/beauty-health/michael-anthony-open-to-van-halen-reunion-speaks-with-alex-for-first-time-in-10-years/ http://www.bluetravelly.com/beauty-health/michael-anthony-open-to-van-halen-reunion-speaks-with-alex-for-first-time-in-10-years/#comments Mon, 12 Dec 2016 15:44:22 +0000 http://www.bluetravelly.com/?p=498 Former Van Halen bassist Michael Anthony reveals that he recently spoke with his former bandmate drummer Alex Van Halen for the first time in 10 years. He also says he’s open to the possibility of a reunion of the original Van Halen lineup with guitarist Eddie Van Halen and singer David Lee Roth.

Speaking in an October 21 interview with Eddie Trunk on his Trunk Nation radio show, Anthony said his former roadie from his Van Halen years recently reconnected him with Alex Van Halen.

“This was this past May, and I hadn’t spoken to Alex in like 10, 11 years,” he says. “We talked for about 20 minutes and had a great conversation just about life in general and getting older and what’s going on around us in the music industry. And it was actually really great talking to him.”

Trunk also asks Anthony—around the 13:30 mark in the stream below—if he sees any chance for a Van Halen reunion. “Do you have any interest in it?” Trunk asks him. “Do you have any desire? Do you feel there’s any unfinished business, or are you over it?”

“You know what? In some ways I’m kind of over it, only because you can only hold your breath for so long,” Anthony says.

“But it’s kind of interesting that you say ‘any unfinished business.’ It’s like Van Halen, being one of the biggest bands there ever was, it’s kind of sad to see how everything kind of dwindled down like it did, with a whimper. Which this band, if we were gonna go out, should have gone out just killing it all over the world

“I’m always that never-say-never guy. If the circumstances were right, I’d have no problem [reuniting]. I love going out and playing the music. But if we did it, it would have to be none of this four separate planes, and four separate this and that, and you only see them onstage. I don’t know if we could ever be a brotherhood like it was before. You know, we used to call it—when Sam was in the band—we used to call ourselves the four-headed monster. But if everybody could get along great, I think it would just be great to do it for the fans.

“And as far as Dave goes, obviously it would have been great to be onstage with Dave again, because I always liked his silliness onstage anyway. It really is kind of comical, you know. But it always made for an interesting show.”

Anthony also talks about two previous opportunities where the original band had a chance to reunite. The first was on September 4, 1996, when the four came together for the first time in 11 years to be presenters at the MTV Video Music Awards. The celebratory evening turned contentious when Roth tried to dominate the proceedings. The singer also believed a Van Halen reunion was in the offing and was unaware that the band was still interviewing new singers to replace Hagar, who had left earlier that year.

“It was all brotherly love until Dave and Ed almost went to blows after that,” Anthony says around the 2:30 mark. “Because Roth, he was pretty much thinking that the whole night was going to be about him, and Eddie just wanted to answer questions [from the press]. Roth just wanted all the press to be about him, and Eddie’s going, ‘No this is what’s happening, we’re doing a step at a time…’

“Next thing I know, the security guy was, like, arms outstretched, Dave on one side, Ed cocked, ready to go, on the other side. And I’m going, Oh shit, get me the first flight the hell out of here.

“It was all Roth. People thought it was staged. Even Roth thought we were duping him because right after that is when we announced Gary Cherone being in the band. And it wasn’t that at all.”

Anthony also talks about Van Halen’s induction into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 2007. As fans will recall, the Van Halen brothers, Anthony, Hagar, and Roth were inducted, but only Anthony and Hagar showed up to accept the award. Anthony says it was a missed opportunity for the group to perform again.

“I remember sitting there next to Hagar at the table and we’re watching R.E.M. play,” he says, “and I lean over to Sam and I say, ‘God if we all could have been here, we would have kicked ass something that would not have been forgotten for many years.’ It was really sad, you know?

“I’m up there giving my little acceptance speech, and I’m looking on one side of the room, there’s Keith Richards, and I’m looking on the other side, there’s John McEnroe and everybody in between that. And I’m going, Man this is the greatest thing ever! I couldn’t understand why those guys just wouldn’t want to be there.”

The guitarist writes on his website that he is fighting a “persistent illness which is destroying my energy and my will.”

“I managed to complete the recent Queen and Adam Lambert dates in Asia,” he writes, “[but] I am am now at the point where I don’t feel confident to perform the scheduled shows to the standard we all expect.”

May says the cancelled dates include his annual December candlelight concerts with Kerry Ellis.

The guitarist followed up with a post thanking his fans for “your lovely words and wishes.”

“I got myself in a very depleted state and have taken the decision now to clear my diary of everything until the end of the year. I’m leaving today on a big steel bird to spend some time recharging in a safe place. Need to turn off the phones and media for a while.

“Apologies to everyone involved in the things I will miss. I have to get away and prioritize healing—sometimes there is no choice.”

In related news, Queen will release Queen on Air: The Complete BBC Sessions on November 4. The set will be available in numerous formats, including a six-disc deluxe edition featuring three CDs worth of radio performances and another three filled with archival interviews.

Below is a video of Queen with Adam Lambert performing “We Will Rock You” and “We Are the Champions” in Bangkok last month on their just-completed tour.

Kirk Hammett Says “Guns N’ Roses Have Become a Nostalgia Act” http://www.bluetravelly.com/beauty-health/kirk-hammett-says-guns-n-roses-have-become-a-nostalgia-act/ http://www.bluetravelly.com/beauty-health/kirk-hammett-says-guns-n-roses-have-become-a-nostalgia-act/#comments Mon, 12 Dec 2016 15:39:29 +0000 http://www.bluetravelly.com/?p=492 In a new interview, Metallica’s Kirk Hammett panned Guns N’ Roses, saying the hard rock group has become “a nostalgia act.”

Speaking with the L.A. Times, Hammett pointed to the fact that Guns N’ Roses haven’t produced any music in almost a decade. The group’s most recent album, Chinese Democracy, was released in November 2008.

“Unfortunately, they’ve turned into somewhat of a nostalgia act, which, to me, is kind of sad,” Hammett said.

The guitarist was contrasting Metallica’s efforts to create new music with those of other groups that launched in the Eighties but now focus on touring and performing their classic material.

In the same interview, Metallica frontman James Hetfield explained the group’s drive to create new music. “I don’t want to think we’re trying to stay young by writing new stuff, but it makes us feel relevant,” Hetfield said. “It makes us feel like we’re still progressing.”

Metallica will release their latest album, Hardwired…to Self-Destruct, on November 18.

Hammett’s comments are similar to those he made in 2014 when asked by Ecuador’s El Comercio if he can imagine Metallica ceasing to make new music.

“I hope not,” Hammett replied. “There’s a lot of different aspects to this band that we need to tend to. But I really think that the touring part supports the recording part, and the recording part — the creativity, the songs — supports the touring part. Both of those things kind of support each other and need each other for us to move forward.

“So I think that we would always need to write music, write songs, record them.”

On that same theme, Metallica drummer Lars Ulrich told The Pulse of Radio not long ago that the band no longer wants to devote large periods of time to individual projects.

“You know, Metallica, in order for it to be true and pure and honest, has to be fun,” Ulrich said. “And so the days of, you know, writing for a year and then recording for a year and then going on the road for three years—those kind of endlessly long cycles—they’re just behind us. I don’t think we have the stamina to do anything for those elongated periods of time any longer.”

James Hetfield Says Metallica Is “Literally Afraid to Jam with Certain People” http://www.bluetravelly.com/guitar-life/james-hetfield-says-metallica-is-literally-afraid-to-jam-with-certain-people/ http://www.bluetravelly.com/guitar-life/james-hetfield-says-metallica-is-literally-afraid-to-jam-with-certain-people/#comments Mon, 12 Dec 2016 15:36:42 +0000 http://www.bluetravelly.com/?p=489 During Metallica’s 35 years as a band, they’ve sold millions of records, played thousands of gigs and become metal’s biggest act.

But guitarist James Hetfield says that, despite the success and adulation, he and the guys still have some insecurities.

“We’re literally afraid to jam with certain people, ’cause we think we’re not worthy enough,” he tells Metal Talks. “We’re not great musicians.”

The subject came up as Hetfield was discussing Metallica’s recent jam with Tonight Show host Jimmy Fallon and the Roots, a fun skit in which the two bands and Fallon performed Metallica’s 1991 hit “Enter Sandman” on children’s toy instruments. Hetfield said that despite the lighthearted nature of the attempt, he and his band mates were uptight.

“The Jimmy Fallon thing is one of those things that showed up in our lap, and we had a blast doing that. You have to have humor. You’ve got to laugh at yourselves. You’ve got to not take yourself so seriously all the time. Stuff like that is just fun and it lightens your heart.

But, he said, “It humbles you as well. We’re literally afraid to jam with certain people, ’cause we think we’re not worthy enough. We’re not great musicians.

“Even with those little flutes and stuff, I was worried. I mean, Kirk was practicing the song on this little [melodica]. It’s like, ‘Dude, stop practicing it! Just go have fun, man! Go screw it up.’

“It’s fun to give each other permission to screw up, and you’re not under a microscope. ’Cause live—sometimes we’re really tight, sometimes we’re really not.
“And before going out onstage, we always remind each other that, ‘Hey, mistakes are supposed to happen up here, and it makes this gig unique. Don’t be so hard on yourself. And if you’re feeling down, just look at the other guys, and we’ll carry you through.’

“So there’s a freedom to fuck up in Metallica.”
